This eight-week program offers a dedicated space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin gently shifting patterns of stress and tension.

Across four 90-minute sessions, reflective coaching, body-led therapies and somatic awareness, work together to support nervous system balance and overall wellbeing.

Many women who come to this work are capable, thoughtful, and used to supporting others. On the outside they appear to be coping well, yet inside they may feel tired, stretched, or unable to fully switch off.

The 8-Week Reset offers a structured yet gentle space to pause, deepen awareness, and begin creating meaningful change at a pace your body can integrate.

Why This Approach Is Different

This is not traditional coaching or therapy.

The programme integrates body-led therapy, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and reflective coaching, supporting meaningful change not just through insight, but through the body’s natural capacity to regulate and restore balance.

This approach gently works with both Mind and Body, allowing deeper and more sustainable shifts to unfold over time. The intention is not to fix yourself, but to reconnect with your body, your inner authority, and cultivate sustainable wellbeing.

What You Can Expect

Over eight weeks, you'll have four 90-minute sessions held bi-weekly.

Each session is tailored to what your body and nervous system need in that moment. We work gently and collaboratively, combining hands-on body therapy, somatic awareness, and reflective coaching.

Body-led therapies

CranioSacral Therapy, Gentle Release, and techniques that support vagus nerve regulation.

Somatic awareness

Guided awareness to notice physical, emotional, and mental patterns held in the body.

Integrative coaching

Exploring beliefs, triggers, and habitual responses that shape how you experience stress and life challenges.

Practical regulation tools

Simple practices that support everyday nervous system regulation.

 

Between Sessions You’ll Also Receive

  • Personalised reflections summarising insights and next steps
  • Guided practices for breathwork, grounding, somatic awareness, and vagus nerve support
  • Optional weekly email or WhatsApp check-ins for support and accountability

The practices learned during the programme can continue supporting deeper change as they become part of everyday life.

I provide a steady, compassionate space where your body and mind can soften and shift, supporting the process of insight, release, and reconnection with your own inner wisdom.

Your Role

Simply arrive as you are.

Curiosity and honest engagement with the practices between sessions will deepen your experience. There is no expectation to do this perfectly, only a genuine commitment to explore the process.

 

Gentle Pace

This work is intentionally gentle and spacious.

The practices shared are simple and take only a few minutes a day. There is no expectation to do everything perfectly. The focus is on small, supportive steps that your nervous system can integrate naturally over time.

Continuing The Journey

For many women, the 8-Week Reset provides the support they need to restore balance and move forward with greater ease.

Some choose to continue with occasional sessions to deepen the work and support ongoing integration.

There is no expectation. Simply the option to continue if it feels helpful.

A restorative programme designed to support clearer skin, balanced digestion, and a calmer nervous system.

This program works holistically with the gut–skin axis, recognising that your skin often reflects what’s happening within the body. By supporting digestion, the nervous system, and overall balance, your body and skin are given the space to repair, restore, and regain their natural radiance.

Understand The Connection

The gut is often referred to as the “second brain,” playing an important role in how we feel both physically and emotionally. Through its connection with the nervous system, it influences mood, stress levels, digestion, and skin health.

 

When this system is out of balance, the body often begins to signal through both the skin and how we feel day to day.

 

Signs the Gut May Be Out of Balance

You may notice signs such as:

  • Breakouts, sensitivity, redness, or dull skin
  • Skin concerns such as acne, rosacea, or eczema
  • Bloating, sluggish digestion, or digestive discomfort

How the Programme Supports You

Over four weeks, a series of therapies gently support the digestive system, skin health, and nervous system, allowing the body time to respond and gradually rebalance.

Each session builds on the previous one, creating space for the body to settle, regulate, and restore its natural balance.

 

Weekly Treatments:

Week 1 – CranioFacial Massage

Supports circulation, eases facial tension, and stimulates key acupressure points linked to gut–skin health.

Week 2 – Gentle Release Therapy

Focused on the abdomen and digestive organs to support gut function, release tension, and encourage overall balance.

Week 3 – Facial Therapy

Uses natural botanical skincare, gua sha, cupping and electrotherapy to restore hydration, support skin barrier repair, and enhance radiance, while continuing to support nervous system calm.

Week 4 – CranioSacral Therapy

Supports gut function and nervous system regulation. This session helps integrate the work of the previous weeks, allowing the body and skin to restore from within.
